摘要: We report on the unusual electrochromic properties of Antimony-based Tin Oxide (ATO) powders or thin films grown by pulsed laser deposition (PLD). The cathodic coloration, linked to nanocrystalline nature made hydroxides co-precipitation, was investigated in 0-70 at.% Sb range, and best performance obtained for antimony contents ranging from 20 40%. PLD ATO were targets with 30 40% Sb. electrochemical optical tiers found be extremely sensitive io their morphology. Porous cracked could colored, while dense ones presented a capacitive-like behavior neutral switching characteristic over wide range potentials.
