摘要: Structural and electrochromic property studies of mixed oxide TaxW1−xO3−x∕2 films grown on indium tin coated glass substrates by the reactive pulsed laser deposition in 5.32Pa oxygen atmospheres are presented this article. The crystallization temperatures increase with Ta content films: When x=0, (i.e., WO3) crystallized to a monoclinic phase at substrate as low 400°C; when x=0.1, Ta0.1W0.9O2.95) mainly tetragonal ⩾600°C, x=0.3, Ta0.3W0.7O2.85) cubic crystal structure ⩾700°C. As increases, degree symmetry increases resulting shortening metal bond length forming more rigid structure.
