Cubic ReO/sub 3/-type W/sub 1-x/Ta/sub x/O/sub 3-x/2/ and W/sub 1-x/Nb/sub x/O/sub 3-x/2/

摘要: New types of compounds in the systems W/sub 1-x/Ta/sub x/O/sub 3-x/2/ and 1-x/Nb/sub were obtained from thermal decomposition Ta- (or Nb-) doped peroxo-polytungstic acids at 750-900/degrees/C air. The cubic with ReO/sub 3/-type structure when x greater than or equal to 0.2 for Ta system 0.26 Nb system. However they tetragonal approx. 0.1. Observed densities X-ray intensities indicated that these had oxygen vacancies.
