摘要: The concentrations of heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Fe, Ni and Zn) in 21 different honey samples collected from farms Yozgat, Turkey, were determined by ICP-OES after microwave digestion. It is observed that metal ranged between 0.06 0.139 μg g−1 for Cd 0.03 1.20 g−1, Zn 0.035 1.690 Pb 0.006 2.332 0.703 8.150 Fe. Although, the good quality, they not free metals. interesting stations which concentration maximum within examined are near settlement regions where traffic industry especially intensive. According to these results; it concluded excluding some close acceptable borders.
