摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing dimensionally accurate metal foam from foamable, powder metallurgically produced semifinished product having melting point > 200 °C involving: the introduction of material, which is capable foaming when T °C, into mold, thermally stable up foamable material and has coefficient expansion less than 3 K-1, preferably < 1 K-1; controlled heating inside mold while radiators said whereby these are with regard energy output used on or through and; removal formed thereby mold. also device foamed parts that comprises: thin-walled at temperature controllable irradiating device, controller controls based measurement given by radiation measuring device.
