摘要: Summary Brain organoids closely recapitulate many features and characteristics of in vivo brain tissue. This technology in turn allows unprecedented possibilities to investigate brain development function the dish. Several organoid protocols have been established, studies focused on validating architecture, cellular composition, organoids. In future, improved advanced models will enable us understand molecular developing brain. However, several obstacles, such as quality organoids, 3D structural analysis, measurement neural connectivity need be improved. this perspective, we provide an overview current state art field, with a focus characterization. Additionally, address limitations evolving field understanding landscape insight toward next steps.
