摘要: A study is made of oblique incidence a small-amplitude plane electromagnetic wave on semi-infinite slab collisional turbulent plasma in an external uniform magnetic field. In the small-angle scattering approximation, condition for neutralizing effects and anisotropy statistical properties radiation multiply scattered absorbing medium determined by using methods geometrical optics. The validity this was confirmed numerical calculations based modeling technique. effect shape spectrum electron density fluctuations angular power distribution investigated.
