摘要: Statistical characteristics of the angular power spectrum (broadening and displacement its maximum) multiply scattered electromagnetic waves by plane layer turbulent anisotropic magnetized collisional plasma are considered. The influence distances between emitter as well receiver (they located in opposite sides with respect to layer) layer's boundaries is analyzed for Gaussian correlation function describing irregularities electron density fluctuations various parameter anisotropy angle inclination prolate external magnetic field. Numerical calculations have been carried out F region ionosphere.
