Materials Methods: We five ascitic OC patients treated them with curcumin, carboplatin, paclitaxel singly in combinations. The percentage apoptotic was determined by flow cytometry. Results: There a wide variation individual treatment Curcumin itself as good carboplatin or inducing apoptosis cells. not able affect mediated cell killing. However, combination additive equally effective paclitaxel. A also found and, fact, turned out best that gave highest vitro. Conclusion: highlights fact detect help individualize offered patients.
