摘要: The Tl/Leu-l/CD5 molecule, a human T-cell surface glycoprotein of relative molecular mass (Mr) 67,0001–3, has been implicated in the proliferative response activated T cells4 and helper function5. A similar involvement proliferation reported for Ly-1 (refs 6–8), murine homologue T1 (ref. 9). Here we report complete amino-acid sequence precursor molecule deduced from complementary DNA clones. protein contains classical signal peptide; 347-amino-acid extracellular segment; transmembrane region; 93-amino-acid intracellular segment. segment many cysteine residues is composed two related structural domains separated by proline/threonine-rich region. features characteristic other receptor molecules.
