摘要: In an open triple crossover study in 10 patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension the influence was investigated of adding indomethacin 50 mg, naproxen 250 or sulindac 200 each twice daily for four weeks, diuretic treatment hydrochlorothiazide mg a day. After two weeks' slight increase blood pressure observed, whereas both and tended enhance antihypertensive effect hydrochlorothiazide. however, effects all three drugs on appeared be blunted. Furthermore, body weight increased significantly during but not sulindac. No significant changes were found various biochemical variables, including concentrations plasma electrolytes serum creatinine albumin, renin activity, aldosterone concentration, 24 hour urinary excretion sodium potassium, exception, potassium concentration indomethacin. These observations suggest that interaction indomethacin, naproxen, is transient minor clinical importance.
