摘要: We report the isolation and sequencing of a 1326 bp cDNA fragment encoding cell-cycle proliferation protein ScPCNA from flesh fly, Sarcophaga crassipalpis. The amino acid (aa) sequence shows 91% 79% identity to Drosophila melanogaster Bombyx mori proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), respectively. coding is interrupted by single intron 60 bp, resulting in deduced aa 260 residues. gene transcribed as mRNA (approx. 1.2 ) determined Northern blot hybridization. Following cold shock at -10 degrees C for 1 h, expression decreased S. crassipalpis whole-body mRNA, suggesting possible arrest response shock. One hour after removal shock, transcript levels were restored control level. By contrast, h heat 45 did not alter ScPCNA.
