摘要: Abstract Although there are many studies on strategy formulation, little research has been done how to improve implementation in industries. The focus of this study is analyze the variables that can make Production Planning and Control (PPC) an important ally process assist sustainable industries be more competitive. methodology used was multiple case supported interviews with production planning control managers six renowned Brazilian industries, considered by their concern social environmental cause, beyond economic.
