摘要: Abstract We have shown that the R2Fe17Cx compounds with higher carbon concentration can be prepared by melt-spinning at quenching rates of 10–20m/s. These carbides are found to stable high temperatures. The introduction atoms in R2Fe17 has a small influence on saturation magnetization. Unit cell volumes and Curie temperatures comparable those corresponding nitrides or produced solid-gas reaction.
