摘要: Abstract Eu3+ and Tb3+ doped Y2O3 powders having different Eu3+/Tb3+ concentrations were prepared by gel-combustion process using glycine as fuel (reducing agent) corresponding metal nitrates oxidant, followed annealing at 600 1200 °C. From XRD, SEM TEM studies, it is inferred that for these samples, the extent of aggregation average particle size strongly depends on temperatures. Small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) studies samples revealed intensity large values momentum transfer vector (Q) vary Q−4, establishing lack surface fractal nature well existence a non-diffusive smooth pore grain interface in both 1200 °C annealed samples. Dopant ions up to 10 at.% do not have any effect particle/pore morphology Improved luminescence from heated sample compared 600 °C has been explained based difference associated area.
