摘要: Abstract In order to investigate the possibility of using waste mushroom logs as a biomass resource for alternative energy production, chemical and physical characteristics normal wood were examined. Size reduction (145 kW h/tone) required significantly higher consumption than (70 kW h/tone). The crystallinity value was dramatically lower (33%) (49%) after cultivation by Lentinus edodes spawn. Lignin, an enzymatic hydrolysis inhibitor in sugar decreased from 21.07% 18.78% inoculation L. edodes. Total yields obtained enzyme acid wood. After 24 h fermentation, 12 g/L ethanol produced on logs, while 8 g/L ethanol. These results indicate that are economically suitable lignocellulosic material production fermentable sugars related bioethanol production.
