摘要: The chemical characteristics and the suitability for enzymatic saccharification in spent culture media (SCM) of Auricularia polytricha were examined order to investigate utilization SCM as a biomass resource alternative energy production. Wood meals from 3 hardwood species (Quercus serrata, Betula platyphylla var. japonica, Alnus japonica) 2 softwood (Pinus densiflora Cryptomeria used basal media. Dry weight fruiting bodies higher cultural made B. platphylla japonica A. japonica. Amount loss showed almost same value among 5 species, except C. amounts main components (Klason lignin, holocellulose, α-cellulose) lower values than those wood (WM) fresh (FM). After by Meiselase 48 h, hydrolysis decrease dramatically increased SCM. amount glucose ranged 10.9 19.2 g/100 g dry biomass. highest was obtained These results indicate that is suitable material produce fermentable sugars bio-ethanol
