摘要: We examine how superiors manage autonomy when the measurability of outputs varies. use three rounds field interviews with a total 11 managers to construct survey which we collect data during in-person 214 unit managers. structural equation model facilitate examination control system consisting output control, action accountability and subjective judgment, all in performance evaluation. find that have direct work activities regardless extent their are measurable. also that, depending on outputs, importance controls differs, relations among differ, effectiveness differs. conclude is low dynamic. The increases autonomy. Moreover, there complementary components. In contrast, high static.
