摘要: Fungal isolates from legumes were cultured on rice and examined for production of the toxic mold metabolites xanthomegnin viomellein. Six 14 Aspergillus ochraceus produced 0.3 to 1.3 mg per g 0.1 1.0 viomellein g. One nine Penicillium cyclopium 0.06 Three P. viridicatum 0.4 1.6 0.2 This is first report by A. ochraeus cyclopium.
