摘要: Penicillium commune and Aspergillus flavus were grown on a microporous membrane (pore diameter 2.4 nm) overlaying an agar medium. The mycelium was easily separated from the disc assayed for dry weight, protein DNA content, while concentrations of total aflatoxins cyclopiazonic acid determined in underlying agar.
