摘要: Interferon (IFN)-β is one of the disease modifying drugs used in treatment multiple sclerosis. A predictive marker that indicates good or poor response to highly desirable. We aimed investigate relation between immune genes receptors (IFNAR1, IFNAR2, and CCR5) expression their polymorhic variants sclerosis (MS) susceptibility as well IFN-β therapy. The genotyping were analyzed 80 patients with MS, treated 110 healthy controls. There was a significant decrease IFNAR1 IFNAR2 mRNA increase CCR5 MS compared control group. Also, level IFNAR1, found be significantly lower responders than nonresponders. Carriers 18417 C/C genotype C allele had an increased risk developing MS. Δ32 patients. Our results highlighted significance IFNAR © 2016 IUBMB Life, 68(9):727-734, 2016.
