摘要: Successful remanufacturing of mobile phones must meet the challenges continuously falling prices for new phone models, short life cycles, disassembly unfriendly designs and prohibiting transport, labor machining costs in high-wage countries. A generic plan is developed. For planning capacities production programs, a linear optimization model introduced. To support planner periodic adaptation an existing facility under quickly changing product, process, market constraints, discrete-event simulation applied. Uncertainties regarding quantity conditions phones, reliability capacities, processing times, demand are considered. The generated by algorithm using results from approach.
