摘要: Sustainable remanufacturing of mobile phones must meet the challenges continuously falling prices for new phone models, short life cycles, disassembly unfriendly designs and prohibiting transport, labor machining costs in developing countries. One important problems faced by top management manufacturing/remanufacturing industries is evaluation various alternatives end-of-life (EOL) solution. Analytic network process (ANP) based decision model presented this paper structures problem related to options reverse logistics EOL a hierarchical form links determinants, dimensions, enablers with available maker. In proposed model, uncertainties regarding quantity conditions phones, reliability capacities, processing times, demand are considered. The few dimensions have been taken from four perspectives derived balanced scorecard approach, viz. finance, social, green business internal operational perspective. present approach financial non-financial, tangible intangible, external factors, thus providing holistic framework selection an alternative operations cell phones. Many criteria, sub-criteria, etc. manufacturing interrelated. ability ANP consider interdependencies among between levels attributes makes it attractive multi-criteria decision-making tool. Thus, ANP-based modelling provides more realistic accurate representation conducting
