摘要: Associations between cannabis use and psychotic outcomes are consistently reported, but establishing causality from observational designs can be problematic. We review the evidence longitudinal studies that have examined this relationship discuss epidemiologic for against interpreting findings as causal. also identifying groups at particularly high risk of developing psychosis using cannabis. Overall, provides strong enough to warrant a public health message increase disorders. However, further required determine magnitude effect, effect different strains on risk, identify high-risk susceptible effects psychosis. complementary methods help address these questions.
