摘要: This invention relates to a composition comprising tramadol material and acetaminophen, its use. As used herein refers various forms of tramadol. The compositions are pharmacologically useful in treating pain tussive conditions. also subject less opioid side-effects such as abuse liability, tolerance, constipation respiratory depression. Furthermore, where the components within certain ratios pharmacological effects superadditive (synergistic).
