摘要: This invention relates to an oral pharmaceutical preparation, suitable for dosing every 24 hours, comprising a substrate, which substrate comprises pharmaceutically effective amount of tramadol or salt thereof and topiramate wherein said may be coated with controlled release coating; preparation having specific dissolution rate in vitro.
