摘要: This article describes the concept of posttraumatic growth, its conceptual foundations, and supporting empirical evidence. Posttraumatic growth is experience positive change that occurs as a result struggle with highly challenging life crises. It manifested in variety ways, including an increased appreciation for general, more meaningful interpersonal relationships, sense personal strength, changed priorities, richer existential spiritual life.
