摘要: In the competitive environment, shipyards attempt to reduce failures in their production system order maintain power. Failures cause some damages such as injuries and deaths shipyard. Most of damage causes work loss To mitigate this damage, most risky activities stations must be identified. For this, risk levels calculated by applying Failure Mode Effects Analysis Method. study, hull structure process a shipyard was considered.
