摘要: Steam-induced vibration is a kind of self-excited which one the most important issues affecting operation reliability steam turbines. A lot actual cases steam-induced turbine were collected in this work. And fault was statistical and classified by reason, happened time, occurrence load severity. The results show that usually occurs after runs year later with high load. Oil temperature change main running parameters affect vibration. Improper opening order adjustment valve factor causing fault. Failure Mode Effect Analysis(FMEA) an analysis method faced to system specific physical unit.
