摘要: The present invention provides a method for analyzing population of nucleic acid fragments each labeled with mass label, which comprises: i) ionizing the population; ii) sorting ionized in spectrometer according to into sub-populations containing at least one fragment; iii) cleaving sub-population release label associated iv) determining released by spectroscopy; and v) assigning its fragment.
