摘要: Due to the unparalleled simplicity of its sensor elements, versatility due a plurality applicable materials and availability small fairly low cost monolithic interfaces, acceptance capacitive technology has constantly increased during last years. This work addresses design versatile interface for sensors usable automotive industrial measurement problems. The is implemented in 0.25 µm CMOS provides mechanisms order cope with front end parasitic effects external electromagnetic compatibility disturbers. presented used evaluate coupling capacitances spatial filtering flow velocity determination liquid hydrogen.
