摘要: Surgery for direct myocardial revascularization was introduced at the end of 1960s and has dramatically changed management patients with ischemic heart disease. In 1967 Favaloro successfully reconstructed right coronary artery by interposing a segment saphenous vein (SV) and, later, using SV graft directly from aorta to arteries, established concept grafting bypass surgery (CABG).1 Since then, been most commonly used conduit.
