Clinical Characteristics and Psychotropic Drug Prescription Patterns of Bipolar Disorder Patients with a History of Suicidal Attempts: Findings from the REAP-BD, Korea.

摘要: Our study aimed to analyze the clinical characteristics and psychotropic prescription patterns of a history suicide attempts in South Koreans with bipolar disorder (BD), by using only Korean data from Research on Asian Psychotropic Prescription Pattern for Bipolar disorder. The drug use were compared among 53 patients 297 without this history; potential effects confounding variables adjusted binary logistic analyses discrete covariance continuous variables. After adjusting age, sex, duration illness, enrollment as an outpatient, characterized significantly more prevalent depressive episode, lower remission state, levels hemoglobin, antidepressants, anxiolytics, hypnotics those lifetime attempt. inability plan goal-directed behavior may be intervening factor relationship between depression BD. Relatively low hemoglobin can associated manic episodes or BD patients.
