摘要: Inflammatory diseases encompass a variety of medical conditions. In this chapter, autoimmune and allergic disorders will be our focus. The include organ-specific autoimmunities, such as type I diabetes mellitus thyroiditis (AITD), organ non-specific systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). All them seem to share aspects aberrant immunologic tolerance toward self-antigens. Asthma atopic diathesis are among the allergies. Crohn disease SLE relatively rare with prevalence 10-50 per 100,000, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriasis, AITD asthma commoner 500 100,000 or much higher. difference ethnic groups is not prominent for arthritis, asthma, but affect some populations more than others. Although all these have environmental component, atopy most affected by factors, suggested significant increase in their incidence over last several decades changes various especially developed countries. Over 10 years, multiple linkage studies revealed many disease-linked loci throughout genome consistencies. As implicated pathophysiological inflammatory immune system related disorders, certain involved disorders. following sections, reports on identification disease-associated genes markers summarized individual (cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated 4 (CTLA4), CARD15, DLG5, SLC22A4/A5, programmed cell death 1 (PDCD1), RUNX1, SLC9A3R1/NAT9, PADI4, ADAM33, DPP10, PHF11 GPRA), followed discussion that been
