摘要: This article aims to present the main characteristics of Rasch analysis in context patient reported outcomes Psychiatry. We an overview features analysis, using as example latent variable depressive symptoms, with illustrations Beck Depression Inventory. will show that fitting data model, we can confirm structural validity scale, including key attributes such invariance, local dependency and unidimensionality. also illustrate how approach inform on meaning numbers attributed scales, amount traits represent, consequent adequacy statistical operations used analyse them. would argue model has become measurement standard for general and, a consequence facilitate quality improvement outcome instruments psychiatry. Recent advances technologies built upon calibration items derived from form computerized adaptive tests (CAT) open up further opportunities reducing burden testing, and/or expanding range information be collected during single session.
