摘要: In developing countries the acquisition and use of radioisotopes with their short shelf lives poses enormous problems. The objective this study was to develop a simple, sensitive, non-isotopic method for measurement TSH in human serum. A conventional sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique modified incorporate avidin-biotin complex (ABC) order enhance sensitivity solid-phase micro-ELISA TSH. The lower limit detectability 0.2 mIU/1. levels ranged from 0.3 5.1 mIU/1 euthyroid subjects, 11.5–98.0 hypothyroid subjects <0.2–2.1 hyperthyroid subjects. Sera post-menopausal or pregnant women yielded within normal range. correlation between values obtained ELISA-ABC sensitive commercial immunoradiometric high (n = 59, r 0.980, P < 0.01). The simplicity relatively procedure should make it choice determination small hospitals those countries.
