Progress in enzyme immunoassays: production of reagents, experimental design, and interpretation.

摘要: Abstract Enzyme immunoassays represent in many cases the preferred procedure for detection of antigens or corresponding antibodies. However, current procedures are performed suboptimally. This article reviews available designs, auxiliary recognition systems, production and purification antibodies, conjugation procedures, solid-phase materials, recording interpretation results, quality control standardization to improve reproducibility tests.
