摘要: The transmission and reflectance spectra for various x in CuAlxGa1-xS2 single crystals have been measured with polarized light. photon energies of excitons associated the uppermost valence bands are determined by analyzing exciton absorption anomaly at room temperature about 80 K. an approximately quadratic dependence x. band splitting is predominantly due to crystal field splitting. energy varies almost linearly
