摘要: Carbamazepine is a widely used anti-epileptic drug with narrow therapeutic range. Many methods have been developed for monitoring the serum level. Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), an electrochemical method advantaged by simple, inexpensive, and relatively short analysis time, has recently carbamazepine detection. We newly DPV glassy carbon as working electrode to determine The performance of compared fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA) technique in precision, accuracy, linearity detection limit. accuracy FPIA techniques were comparable at most clinical levels. limit was 1 μg/mL 0.5 technique. within FDA guidelines bioanalytical methods, which ensures applicability may potential be good alternative analysis.
