摘要: Few studies have investigated the value of using an electrochemical method with dropping mercury electrodes to determine carbamazepine level. However, toxic can result in environmental pollution. In our previous study, we successfully developed a differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) glassy carbon electrode instead for determination level standard solutions. this used DPV serum rabbits. Blood samples were obtained from rabbits which had been fed carbamazepine. The concentration and fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA) technique was compared correlation test. addition, FPIA techniques detection evaluated precision, linearity, limits solution. between concentrations those by good (RSQ = 0.998). coefficient variation (CV) low. precision limit both methods satisfactory. be potential serum.
