摘要: Originally, the Technology Assessment (TA) concept was aimed at developing a scientifically based and research-oriented consultancy, analysing current potential societal impacts of technological innovations. In opinion authors, this basic concept, on principles research, assessment advice, has still not become outdated. However, further differentiation scientific 'progress' results in problems that change relation intended goals technology unintended consequences. This cannot only be assessed as cognitive phenomenon but increasingly manifests itself problem. paper, authors will show how selected TA concepts concentrate individual aspects such for innovation, design processes or an explicit development. they support with stronger focus (re)considering reflecting side effects from factual, social temporal point view.
