摘要: Abstract The incidence of intraoperative aneurysm rupture (IAR) was studied in a consecutive personal series 222 patients operated on for ruptured intracranial aneurysm. In 77 subjected to early surgery (operation within 72 h after rupture) IAR 40.2% and 145 with 20.7%. mortality severe morbidity (GOS grade 4 5) were 2.6% the group, 7.6% late 5.85% total despite fact that there significantly higher group. Aneurysms arising from anterior cerebral artery (ACA) or communicating (ACoA) appeared more prone IAR–36.9 versus 18.6 23.2%—than aneurysms at other locations.
