摘要: Abstract The incidence of intraoperative aneurysm rupture (IAR) was studied in a consecutive personal series 222 patients operated on for ruptured intracranial aneurysm. In 77 subjected to early surgery (operation within 72 h after rupture) IAR 40.2% and 145 with 20.7%. mortality severe morbidity (GOS grade 4 5) were 2.6% the group, 7.6% late 5.85% total despite fact that there significantly higher group. Aneurysms arising from anterior cerebral artery (ACA) or communicating (ACoA) appeared more prone IAR–36.9 versus 18.6 23.2%—than aneurysms at other locations. There no correlation between preoperative Hunt Hess 8 affected final outcome only when it occurred prematurely during introduction anesthesia opening dura. conclusion, although occurs frequently is undertaken stage rupture, this complication experienced hands not necessarily associated an increased risk unfavorable outcome.
