摘要: Technological progresses in the gas sensor fields provide possibility of designing and construction Electronic nose (E-nose) based on Biological nose. E-nose uses specific hardware software units; Sensor array is one critical units its types sensors are determined application. So far, many achievements have been reported for using different In this work, an handling multi-purpose applications proposed, employed pattern recognition techniques depicted. To achieve higher rate lower power consumption, improved binary gravitational search algorithm (IBGSA) K-nearest neighbor (KNN) classifier used automatic selecting best combination sensors. The designed tested by classifying odors case studies, including moldy bread food beverage field, herbs medical petroleum products industrial field. Experimental results confirm efficiency proposed method realization.
