摘要: In this paper, we present the analog circuit design and implementation of an adaptive neuromorphic olfaction chip. An VLSI device with on-chip chemosensor array, sensor interface circuitry learning olfactory model has been fabricated in a single chip using Austria Microsystems 0.6 /spl mu/m CMOS technology. Drawing inspiration from biological systems, circuits used to process signals odour sensors make use temporal "spiking" act as carriers information. spike time dependent is integrated dynamically adapt weights for detection classification. All component subsystems implemented on have successfully tested silicon.
