Histamine-triggered localized vasculitis in patients with seropositive rheumatoid arthritis.

摘要: Abstract To gain some insight into the pathogenesis of vasculitis in rheumatoid arthritis, and to investigate its relation circulating immunoreactants, we injected 50 μ l histamine intradermally four seropositive seronegative patients with arthritis. Skin biopsies obtained before at 4 hours after were studied by immunofluorescence microscopy, skin 24 light microscopy.
