摘要: Abstract To gain some insight into the pathogenesis of vasculitis in rheumatoid arthritis, and to investigate its relation circulating immunoreactants, we injected 50 μ l histamine intradermally four seropositive seronegative patients with arthritis. Skin biopsies obtained before at 4 hours after were studied by immunofluorescence microscopy, skin 24 light microscopy. At histamine, all demonstrated deposits IgM complement components dermal vessels; hours, various degrees leukocytoclastic noted. Circulating material reactive Raji cells, C1q, or both, was present 3/3 patients. In contrast, none exhibited vascular immunoreactants vasculitis. The results indicate that arthritis who are may have complexes appropriate characteristics induce vasoactive substances be used trigger their local deposition vessels.
