摘要: L'heredite des composants proteiques du gluten a ete etudie au moyen de l'electrophorese en gel d'amidon. Une branche chromosome 1 D la variete ble dit «Chinese Spring» est correlation avec presence 2 proteiques. Le composant n'a aucun effet lorsqu'on preleve le genome entier «Canthatch».
