摘要: Gliadin was fractionated into a two dimensional map of over 40 components by gel electrofocusing in the first dimension, followed starch electrophoresis second dimension. Many apparently single zones, either procedure alone, were shown to consist several components. The technique revealed considerable differences gliadin composition between different varieties bread wheats, and showed that is affected qualitatively removal D-genome for hexaploid wheats Prelude, Rescue, Thatcher, short arm chromosome 1B Chinese Spring.
