摘要: Background Despite recent advances in treatment strategies, the management of esophageal perforation is still problematical and controversial. The purpose present study was to evaluate compare clinical data, methods, outcomes patients with according patients’ systemic condition (shock, inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS), or non-SIRS) on arrival hospital.
