摘要: Following the success of electronic noses in a variety applica- tions related to many areas such as industrial, medical, environmental, spatial, etc. where objective was construct chemical images volatile com- pounds including odors, here we introduce another system able perform liquids different origin, quality, and composition. In line with mammalian senses olfaction or taste, recently strategy which applies sensors not specific character for single analyte but rather broadly sensitive only necessary characteristic prerequisite be from each other terms their responses, has been developed. The are grouped matrix supported by suitable pattern recognition analysis order generate global response overall array. For liquid phase is called tongue. This chapter describes some detail operating principle forming tongue multisensor system, strategy, most data anal- ysis adopted purpose, number potable waste waters, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, clinical samples biological objects, taking into account components' concentration distributions present tested samples.
