摘要: Alcohol use disorder is a complex syndrome with multiple treatment points including drug-induced pathology, withdrawal management, behavioral/cognitive strategies, and relapse prevention. These different components may be complicated by genotype phenotype. A huge milestone for the of alcohol across several countries in last 10 years was introduction practice guidelines integrating clinical expertise research evidence. provide summary interventions that have been shown to effective following rigorous replicated trials. Inspection these reveals good consistency, but little evidence progress approaches over past decade. In this mini-review, we discuss emerging treatments supplement or improve evidence-based are currently recommended.
